EV charging etiquette
A small network only works if everyone on it looks after everyone else. These are the rules nobody writes down but everyone notices.
Charge to 80, then move
On a fast charger, charging slows sharply above 80 percent. Staying to 100 costs you time and costs the next driver a bay. Unplug at 80 unless you genuinely need the range.
Do not block a bay if you are not charging
A charging bay is not a parking space. If you are done, move the car. If you are not an EV, please do not park there at all.
Return the cable
Holster the connector properly. A cable left on the ground gets driven over, and a damaged connector takes a site offline for everyone.
Report faults
If something is wrong, tell us through the support hub. We monitor every site remotely, but a driver on site sees things a dashboard does not.
Be patient with new drivers
Everyone is new to this in Fiji. If someone is struggling with the screen or the cable, a minute of help is worth more than a frown.
