Charging is sold in fixed bundles in Fijian dollars. The exact amounts for each site are shown on the charger before you confirm, so you know exactly what you are paying before any money leaves your wallet.
The amount you confirm is the amount you pay. There are no connection fees, subscriptions or idle penalties.
If the charger does not start after you have paid, the bundle is refunded to your wallet without you having to ask.
Every session sends an SMS receipt, and the same summary appears on your phone when charging completes.

Our DC fast chargers use CCS2, the standard on most new EVs sold in Fiji and the Pacific. Connector types are listed for every site on the network page. Check before you travel if your vehicle uses a different plug.
AC charging is slower and suits places where a vehicle sits for hours, like a resort overnight. DC fast charging delivers power directly to the battery and can take most vehicles from low to 80 percent in under an hour.
It depends on the vehicle and the charger. On a DC fast charger, most vehicles reach 80 percent in 30 to 60 minutes. Charging slows above 80 percent to protect the battery, so plan to unplug around then on a fast charger.
Yes. Many host sites are resorts and hotels where vehicles sit for long periods, which is exactly where charging makes the most sense.
